Piano Player, 16th Street Mall, Denver

This talented gentleman was entertaining the passers-by Sunday with an infectious stream of mostly ragtime, as I recall. He introduced himself and gave me his card, but I suck with names and the card turns out to be for his organization generally, not him personally. The organization is the Colorado Music Business Organization (COMBO), and you can follow them on Facebook here. I’m going to climb out on a limb and say I think his name is Mark King – if I’m wrong, please let me know and I’ll fix it.

Also, this is in fact the same pianist whose hands featured in “Black (and Blue and Pink) Keys,” my shot from a few days ago.
