I echo Denny. Also, the idea of forcing everything into a very dark grey, and highlighting the neon works incredibly well in this image. We’ve seen this idea before where people take the image into a normal B&W and a normal color, but you’ve pushed it to extremes here in both the darkness and the brilliance of the colors and made it your own vision here.
