The top image says “fire department” and the bottom says “truck.” Interesting how the meaning changes with the focus.

I really like the bottom image. That depth of field brings clarity to more of the image … the crisp sharpness of the headlight as well as the reflections in the bell. This is a great image.

I post multiple takes so that I can hopefully get a consensus about which is better. It never works.
I’m still learning, and one of things I continue to marvel at is how comparatively small processing changes can give you shots that are significantly different in impact. Butterfly Effect, I guess.
