I think the first one’s the better expression. Fewer blown-out clouds, and some very nice detailing in the use of blacks/contrast … check out the difference in the white areas of the hood brand. And I completely understand the need for the treatment. Some things just demand excess without regret.

As a gearhead I think they’re both awesome. My first thought on seeing these was, “Blue skies and a red Chevy what the hell let’s go cruising!”
