really, really nice piece. leaves me wondering what happened to the top rails across the entrance. what happened to the people who should be keeping it whole. and by the way, very nice shooting. Denny’s compliment on the composition says it all for me. if you manipulated the sky some, you nailed it.

Thanks. I think my reaction to the gateway was the same as yours, Greg. Why has it fallen into such disrepair?
As for processing, I didn’t do a lot. A slight sharpen, a mild Curves treatment, and then output to b/w, adjusting color levels a bit here and there. Pretty basic. It was just a nice shot waiting to be taken.
