One of the best things about Denver, the Tattered Cover. It’s generally regarded as America’s best independent bookstore.

Clever title – you managed to capture all those levels in the same shot, nice work.

Thanks. Upon reflection, I might have been too worried about the little alcove to the left. I think I need to go back and shoot it more centered on the post. Also, I think I need to use a custom white balance in that little corner of the building. But I love the geometries of the place. It’s one of Denver’s more awesome spots.

Ironically, I am from Denver & my maiden name is Escher. This is my fav bookstore & now my fav shot of it. 🙂

That’s great, Tara. If you’d be so kind, go down there and give the place a hug for me. I miss Denver so badly I can barely stand it….

Wow. I’m having flashbacks.
Good lighting balance throughout. Excellent composition.
